Welcome to The Online PT.
My name's Stuart Irvine and my mission with all my clients is quite simple... I want to help you achieve your desired physique, health and fitness goals through the application of bespoke exercise and dietary planning. I also strive to educate my clients in order to make it easily achievable to maintain this goal long-term.
I help people in all walks of life and understand the different limitations each individual may have, the unique and very personal goals you may have and work with you to construct a plan that works for YOU. I so not provide you with generic diet and training plans, all my plans are based on the information you provide and are bespoke to YOU and YOUR goals.
I originally come from a sporting background, having played professional football in my younger years. I have spent the vast majority of my life ensuring my body is in the optimum state for peak physical performance. I have a true passion for fitness and helping others achieve their fitness and health goals.
I am also no stranger to the challenges of everyday life. With two young children under the ages of 8. I understand the high demands and challenges that come with trying to incorporate a healthy diet and adequate exercise regime into a hectic (sometimes stressful) everyday life.
My mission (and passion) is to provide you with the tools, guidance and support, as your Online Personal Trainer, to transform both your body and mind as quickly as possible.

My online coaching package starts with a deep analysis of your current lifestyle and fitness goals to create an effective and sustainable training and nutrition plan.
This is achieved initially via the completion of your onboarding forms which allow me to understand your current physical condition, your current diet and training regime, your goals (short-term and long-term and the time daily/weekly you have to commit to your plan.
As part of this onboarding I do ask for height, weight and 3 pictures (Front, Back and Side) of yourself in either underwear or clothing which allows me to see your body composition. This is key and allows for visual progression which aids massively for me when we have routine check-ins and for yourself for motivation.
This allows me to take all of this information and provide you with an initial training and diet plan, tailored to YOU.
If I require further clarity I will arrange a short call with you to discuss and confirm details.
Once your plan is ready, you'll receive a personal email/voice message explaining it and what will be required to achieve your goals.
After you review this we can see if any tweaks are required so that you are completely comfortable with the plan.
You'll be kept accountable and stay on track with frequent communication and check-ins, feedback and progress reviews.
You also have access to ad-hoc support via In-App messaging, Whatsapp and email. You are never left with any guesswork.
With my Online Personal Training package, you'll always have me with you!
Here are the steps to getting you started:
Upon signing up, you will be directed to download your initial onboarding form. This form provides me with all the information I require to create your personal Training and Diet Plan.
We will also (if required) have a short call to discuss your form, and address any underlying questions needing clarity. This is mostly not required.
This allows me to create your diet and training plan.
This can take up to 48 hours.
Once I’ve created your plan, I’ll send you a personal welcome email/ voice message taking you through it. During this I’ll take you through exactly what’s required to obtain the results you seek. Providing you with the map to your desired transformation – the blueprint to your dream physique!
I am NOT one of those Online Personal Trainers who will just send you a generic plan and let you get on with it.
Instead, the training programme I create will be research-based and specifically designed to build, sculpt and develop your desired physique.
I will completely remove the nutrition guesswork! You'll know exactly how many calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats you should be consuming each day. You'll know what foods to prioritise, what foods to consume in moderation, as well as when and what to eat to optimise your training and recovery. Your plan will educate you on the nutritional and caloric value of different foods to cultivate lifelong healthy eating habits.
I do like to challenge people's eating habits where possible and try and promote a healthy gut microbiome into your plan, which many trainers completely disregard.
The weekly/ monthly check-in form provides information beyond what I can acquire from tracking your training and nutrition alone – with normal checks of weight and progress pictures, I also deep dive into asking for your input into how YOU feel, your energy levels, your hunger levels, what you are enjoying/ not enjoying. This helps me tweak your plans to keep you on track and keep you motivated.
When reviewing your week/ month, I want to have a complete picture of how it's gone so I can provide the feedback and support required to reach your goals!
The regular communication and weekly/ monthly in-depth feedback are what really set me apart from the crowd. Each week, you'll receive feedback where I'll highlight areas where you're doing well and what we need to work on moving into the following week. Frequent feedback ensures you receive the support, accountability and encouragement required to obtain the results you seek.
As well as receiving regular feedback, you'll also be able to message me directly via the Master PT App at any time or also via Whatsapp or Email.
When you join The Online PT you get a full-time personal trainer – there to support, motivate and guide you through your body transformation.
